Zurcher Odio & Raven wishes to inform that Douglas Soto has stepped down as a partner of the firm effective January 1st. 2026, in order to devote himself fully to his candidacy for the Vice Presidency of the Republic of Costa Rica in the 2026 national elections.

During his years of service, Douglas distinguished himself through his integrity, leadership, and commitment to legal excellence, playing a key role in the development of our Banking Law and Corporate Law practices, among others. We are currently carrying out the transition of the matters under his responsibility, which will be conducted with the same level of commitment with which he has provided his services throughout this time.
