Our Firm has a raw experience counseling private energy generators who are allowed to operate under Laws 7200 and 7508. Also, our Partners have a strong knowledge in e-commerce and internet-related issues, such as user agreements, disclaimers, protection of intellectual property, encryption, digital signature, consumer protection, data protection and on-line trading issues, computer-related contracts; hardware contracts, software licensing, development and maintenance agreements and outsourcing contracts.
