| Landing of Submarine Optic Fiber Cables |

 The
Firm has been involved in all the phases of negotiation and
preparation for the landing of two submarine optic fiber cables
for data transmission and telecommunications. Our firm was
instrumental in drafting, promoting and passing through Congress
a bill that expressly allows the innocent passage of such
cables on territorial seabed and maritime zone. Legislation
included the landing in national shores and the local operation
of such submarine telecommunications cables.
