 Our
Firm coordinated the execution of a Technical Cooperation
Project of the Inter American Development Bank (IADB)
consisting on an ongoing interdisciplinary consulting program
endowed with over U.S.$1.5 million, with
the objectives of a) identifying legal obstacles for the
participation of private investment in infrastructure and
public services, b) establishing the criteria for the presentation
and evaluation of infrastructure and public service projects
from the economic, social and environmental perspectives,
and c) strengthening of the recently created ARESEP, the watchdog
institution for all public services.
