Our Law Firm has also developed a strong and successful practice
in Constitutional Law, since the enactment
of the 1989 constitutional amendment for the creation of the
Supreme Court’s Constitution Chamber.
The Firm’s lawyers are familiarized with the actions
to protect constitutional rights, as well as with the actions
for the judicial review of the constitutionality of laws and
executive orders and regulations. These actions have proven
to be of particular effectiveness in cases dealing with limitations
to private property, expropriations, equal treatment, due
process, consumer rights, prohibition of retroactivity and
free market competition.
