The Firm participated
in the acquisition of an enterprise that owned a land transport
service system operating in the region comprised from Colombia
to Mexico. It involved the design and execution of the business
proposal, the coordination and verification of all legal aspects,
the evaluation of the contingencies associated with a large
number of companies, real estate properties, assets, and the
assumption of a variety of liabilities in five jurisdictions
throughout the region.
