Acquisition of a Major Commercial Concern

The Firm participated in the design, due diligence, negotiation and execution of an acquisition of a major commercial concern in a transaction in excess of U.S. $14 million. It involved the design of the acquisition and merger strategy, where a total of twenty-nine companies that constituted the enterprise were successfully acquired and consolidated into two companies.
