The Firm assumed the direction, coordination and acquisition of a commercial concern in Honduras worth U.S. $11.7 million. The Firm designed the scheme used for the acquisition which involved every step from the development of the business proposal, drafting and negotiation of the legal documentation, agreements and contracts, to the final formalization of the transaction. The Firm operated as an integral part of the seller’s team.
